Reconstruction of Warren and John St. 

 

The $20.4mm project included the installation of new 20” and 12” water main along Warren St between West St and Broadway in Lower Manhattan, as well as sewer rehabilitation and replacement. Reconstruction of new curbs, sidewalks, catch basins, pedestrian ramps and roadways were revamped and resurfaced, as well as relocation and upgrades to street lighting, traffic signals and private utilities. Mass Excavation was utilized due to extreme utility interference. The project location also covered John Street from Broadway to William Street
