Founded in 1991, C.A.C. is a NYC based company specializing in Heavy Civil Construction, including sewer, water main, roadway, and infrastructure projects. Led by the founder and President, Michael A. Capasso, C.A.C, together with about 400 employees, work hard while focusing on our core values at heart.

Industry Certifications
C.A.C. Industries, Inc. is verified by the Waterfront Alliance's Waterfront Edge Design Guidelines (WEDG). This program is a science-based voluntary rating system and set of guidelines to address challenges, like the growing risk of coastal flooding due to sea level rise, at the project scale.

We are also members of the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure (ISI) and are classified as an Envision Qualified Company. Their goal is to help communities around the world build sustainable, resilient, and equitable civil infrastructure.
